In 2022, I was part of big HBO Max projects as a Community Manager, such as: House of the Dragon, Euphoria Season 2, Peacemaker, Pacto Brutal, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin and much more.
〰️ On a day-to-day basis, I took care of maintaining the social media communities in which HBO Max Brasil was present, responding to fans, scheduling posts, measuring social sentiment with each post to predict some good content opportunity or negative feeling arising. Throughout the process, I also started to be responsible for the opportunities calendar, providing insights for creative services and suggesting themes for content on HBO Max Brasil's social networks.
〰️ Also was responsible for weekly reports on the social media conversation about the House of the Dragon, listing positive, negative and fan-produced memes, bringing insights and reactions of the fans to each new episode, focusing mainly on the particularities of the hyper local community.
〰️ Made weekly reports for the creative services team with the best posts and the worst posts, using a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results to improve our performance on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube, and also giving some ideas
〰️ I participated in some events doing coverage, such as the launch of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin with the show's first episode for influencers; inauguration of Parque do Terror, a Warner temporary park to honor classic horror films such as Anabelle, It and The Shining.
